JUSTUS' HOMEPAGE
Hello world. My background is in computer programming.
I enjoy working on difficult projects that require deep understanding of technical problems.
I'm interning at Citadel, a quantitative hedge fund.
I'm working within the commodities business on the refined products desk.
This recent work has been mostly research-oriented work in Python.
However I spent the prior two years working low-level in C and C++.
I also write a lot of hand-rolled x86-64 Assembler (MASM), usually very AVX heavy.
I previously worked on high-performance RDMA networking at Microsoft. For AI of course because why else would anyone do anything.
Before that I interned at NASA's Johnson Space Center working on experimental robotics projects.
My primary research interests are in designing and optimizing vectorized, cache-optimal algorithms for memory-bounded computations, specifically partitioning and sorting.
I work under Dr. Dmitri Loguinov.
I spent my junior and senior year of high school working at a local software company like a complete dork.
I'm also proficient in Java, C#, JS, TS, Go, you name it. Check out my Curriculum Vitae.
In my spare time I enjoy working on embedded systems projects with my friends, hiking, and watching or playing football or baseball.
