JUSTUS' HOMEPAGE
Welcome to my personal slice of the web. My background is in computer programming.
I enjoy working on difficult projects that require deep understanding of technical problems.
I'm interning at Citadel, a quantitative hedge fund.
I'm working on the commodities business.
Previously I worked on high-performance RDMA networking at Microsoft. Before that I interned at NASA's Johnson Space Center, and at a local software company during my junior and senior years of high school.
At college I work on designing and optimizing vectorized, cache-optimal algorithms for memory-bounded computations, specifically partitioning and sorting, under Dr. Dmitri Loguinov.
These days I mostly write C and C++. I also write a lot of hand-written x86-64 Assembler (MASM), usually very AVX heavy.
I'm also proficient in Java, C#, Python, JS, TS, Go, you name it.
In my spare time I enjoy working on embedded systems projects with my friends, hiking, and watching or playing football or baseball.
